Deleting the cache data helps you to free up space on your hard drive and improves your browser functionality. It is not necessary and not need to be done often but we recommend to do this from time to time. Here is a quick guide for major browsers:
- To clear the cache in Google Chrome, click on the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of your browser and choose Settings option. At the bottom of your page, select Advanced. Then, click Clear browsing data. Make sure that you only check Cached images and files box. After that you can click Clear data.
- To clear the cache in Mozilla Firefox, click the button with three bars in the upper-right corner of the browser window and select Options menu. Then, choose Privacy & Security from the left menu. Select Clear Data in the Cookies and Site Data area. In the Clear Data screen that opens, select Cached Web Content. Choose Clear.
- To clear the cache in Safari go to the menu bar and select Develop. In the drop-down menu, click Empty Caches.
If you can't find Develop option on your Safari tools panel, just turn it on by going to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and select Show Develop option in menu bar. After that, you can follow the instruction above.
