What to do if I don't receive an Interacty registration confirmation email?

In case that in the end of registration process you don't get a confirmation email, please check if you entered the e-mail correctly.

Most common mistakes:

  • typographical error in your email address (johninteracty@gmali.com);
  • another email address (you might entered your second email address, please check all your email accounts);
  • unnecessary space (johninteracty @gmail.com);
  • the wrong extension (johninteracty@gmail.net).

We also recommend you to check spam folder.

If you still can't find your confirmation email, please contact us via email.
