How do Interacty subscriptions work?

Why Subscribe to Interacty?

Subscribing to Interacty provides numerous advantages and expands your capabilities on the platform. In addition to increasing limits on views, lead counts, and storage size, it unlocks new features such as gamification, white labeling, and many more.A comparative table of subscription plans with a detailed list of features is available on the pricing page for both business and education roles.

What If I Want to Downgrade My Subscription?

If you wish to downgrade your subscription, simply disable the auto-renewal of your existing subscription. Once it expires, you can purchase a new, lower-tier subscription. If the waiting period is too long and you would like to switch to a lower subscription sooner, please contact us at support@interacty.me, and we will assist you in making the change.

How to Upgrade Your Subscription

Our service does not automatically calculate or refund the difference when upgrading your subscription. Therefore, disable the auto-renewal and purchase a new subscription once the current one expires. If you wish to expedite this process and upgrade your subscription sooner, please contact us at support@interacty.me.

How to Temporarily Upgrade Your Subscription

If you have an annual subscription that doesn't meet your needs at a particular moment, you can upgrade it temporarily. For example, if you have "Starter" subscription and need a "Pro+" subscription for a month, simply purchase the "Pro+" monthly subscription, disable auto-renewal, and once it ends, you will automatically revert to your annual "Starter" subscription. You can view the status and expiry date of your subscription in the "Billing and Payments" section of your account.

Global Subscriptions vs. Single Project Subscriptions

Note that this feature is only available for "Business" role.

We offer global subscriptions for the entire account and one-time project subscriptions, which are useful if you don’t want to pay for a full subscription but need additional limits for one specific project. It's a great feature that can help you manage costs effectively. You can purchase as many of these as you need; they do not affect your main subscription and apply only to the designated project. For more information on single project subscriptions, you can read this article:

Can I purchase a subscription just for one project?

What Happens to My Projects If My Subscription Expires or I Cancel It?

After your subscription expires, your projects remain available for a while, but we reserve the right to block projects on expired subscriptions. Please note that we never delete a user's projects ourselves, so you always have the option to regain access to your projects.
