So, how can you implement this feature on your website? It's easy. There are only two conditions you need to fulfill:

1st condition

Make sure you have activated the "Single Email for lead forms" checkbox on the Homepage of your project. This ensures that email will be asked only once, in the first lead form:

2nd condition

Don't forget to activate the "Email" checkbox on each lead form you have in your project. This will connect all subsequent lead forms to the email provided in the first lead form:

Once these conditions are fulfilled, all subsequent lead forms will contain only the fields you want them to contain, and they will be associated with the email provided in the first lead form. All data will be available in the statistics section, making lead management a breeze:
