Users are unique visitors who opened your published project, no matter of how many times. In My projects tab all views are counted, even if one user make several views. You can see the total number of views and amount of people visited your project.

You can also see unique users in Statistics section, for example.

If user logs in from another browser and opens the published project, he will be considered as new user in statistics.
