Hello! Is there a timer for the trivia quiz??
Hello Aliyah,
Unfortunately, there is no timer available for the trivia quiz at the moment.
Best regards!
Hi, it seems that when the timer is up, there's no button to restart the game. Can you advise please?
Hi Yilin! Thanks for reaching out. It appears that there might be an issue with the "Time is Up" screen settings. To address this, please follow these steps: When you enable the timer for your project, look for the "Customize the 'Time is up' page" option in blue. Click on it, and in the pop-up window, you'll find a checkbox for the "Retry" button. Make sure to activate it, and that should resolve the problem. If the issue persists, feel free to let me know, and I'll be happy to assist further!
Is there any error with the timer function? Despite finishing the puzzle, the timer did not stop and no result available at the end. I have enabled the timer (classic timer), however the timer did not stop.
Hi Elaine! Regarding the timer issue you encountered, we suggest creating a small puzzle (2x2) and testing it again to verify if the timer functions correctly. Additionally, please ensure that the puzzle is solved accurately, as the timer will stop and display the result only when the puzzle is completed correctly. Hope this helps!
Has the timer feature been removed? I am creating a hidden objects and the timer option doesn't appear.
Hello, Myra! The feature you are referring to is still accessible. To enable it, please ensure that you have selected the "Enable player ratings" checkbox. Once this option is activated, you will see a timer function appear below it. I hope this information is helpful to you!
Usually users have to enter their name then click on the button to start the game. Right now, the timer only starts once user presses on the game. Is there a way for the timer to automatically start once they press the start game button? Thank you!
Hello! Unfortunately, there is no such feature now. Thanks for your feedback!
